Subscriptions or Job Packages Purchases
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription “Subscription(s)”) and/or Job Package Purchase basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”) and/or you are free to purchase your own job packages offered at our site. Billing cycles are usually set on a monthly basis. For job packages, those packages are usually for one month, three months, six months, a year, etc.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Cybersecurity.Jobs cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account page or by contacting Cybersecurity.Jobs customer support team. For packages, once packages are purchased, the charges are non-refundable.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription or to purchase job packages. You shall provide Cybersecurity.Jobs with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Cybersecurity.Jobs to charge all Subscription fees or cost of the job packages incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. We subscribe various third-party merchant account or payment processors for credit card transactions.
All transactions are final, and prorating is not offered for job posts that are taken down by the post owner before the 30-day period expires or whether the position was filled or otherwise.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Cybersecurity.Jobs will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions or job packages may be considered by Cybersecurity.Jobs on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Cybersecurity.Jobs.
Cybersecurity.Jobs, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions or job packages for job postings. Any Subscription fee or job packages cost change will become effective immediately.
Cybersecurity.Jobs may not provide you with a prior notice of any change in Subscription fees or job packages cost. You, however, are free to terminate your subscription or cancel your account at any time.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
