Position InformationThe Systems Analyst II is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of web applications, business processes and systems support. Responsible for taking a lead role in ensuring application and performance improvement areas within Wake AHEC technology-based functions. Ensures quality by accurately analyzing issues and proposed changes, efficiently completing testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring all in-house and third party application programs to ensure optimal performance. Maintains knowledge of latest changes in technology and recommends upgrades and reprogramming to ensure optimal use of NC AHEC and Wake AHEC applications. Performs other duties as assigned by the director. Experience Requirements: 5 Years Information Technology - Application Support And Information Technology - Technical Support Required Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science Or Related Field Required - Or Equivalent Experience Licensure/Certification Requirements: Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Required Hours of Work: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Weekend Requirements: As Needed Call Requirements: none
