Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework is strongly preferred.
Experience using CIS CSAT Pro is a plus. Can demonstrate knowledge of best practices concerning customer service and customer-oriented account management;
knowledge of business and information technology practices and trends by comparable school systems or businesses;
understanding of technology-related issues and how they might impact assigned customers; awareness of appropriate local, state, and federal laws and regulations dealing with technology;
ability to implement technology solutions, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and to function as a team leader;
ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Use of agile project management methodologies and tools in a technology environment preferred.
BS in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree or certification in (PM, CISM, COBIT) preferred
