Job Summary

The Contractor-Microsoft Corporate Trainer will develop, conduct, and deliver Microsoft Application training programs to employees and customers. The trainer will perform be responsible for teaching Microsoft application skills and knowledge to trainees. Through the use of seminars, lectures, and team exercises trainees will increase their Microsoft competency and skill sets. The goal of the trainer is to increase companys productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience. This position reports to the Somerset office location and will report to the Sr. Director - Corporate Training Group within the Human Resources department. This position is contract however has the ability to turn into a full-time position.

Responsibilities/Job Function

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Create curriculum Develop content and reference guides Develop, conduct, and deliver effective/relevant Microsoft Application training programs to employees and customers Teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross generational population Deliver quality training in an effective and efficient manner Evaluate outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of Trainees progress Will travel in the US and to Client locations(NY/NJ) Will increase companys productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience and ensure companys workforce can meet its current and future objectives

Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office application/products Excellent knowledge of training methods and best practices for end-user training on application software Exceptional presentations skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively to small/large audiences Strong client service orientation Professional and punctual demeanor Possess a deep knowledge and understanding of the business Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. ... Possess innovative thinking with a passion for Learning and Continuous Learning. . Ability to embrace efficiency Possesses Industry Knowledge Ability to teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross generational population Ability to Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs. Ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, relevant components Ability to be engaging in delivery of varied content Minimum 2 years of content creation and curriculum design Minimum 2 years facilitation/instructing experience in front of groups of people Education/Certification/Experience: Completed Bachelors Degree, preferably in Education/Teaching Microsoft or training certifications (a plus) Preferred Skills: Any other training certifications (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification is a plus Working knowledge/experience with: Adobe Suite Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Virtual meeting platforms
