This individual should have background as a Senior Analyst or in a lead information security role with experience with insider threats. They will be working alongside the manager of the group to build up the banks insider risk team. This will include finalizing governance documentation, working with managers to decide on the tech stack the team will be using, which will likely include UAM/UEBA tools.
