Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a High School Program Coordinator for the Office of Minority Undergraduate Science Programs. This position assists the High School Developmental Specialist in several key areas so that proper coordination and execution of all programming is completed.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
* Works with a caseload of approximately 25 students.
* Chaperones on site visits.
* Coordinates tutoring sessions and study hall hours.
* Facilitates SAT diagnostic exams.

FLSA Nonexempt
Position Salary $20.00/hr

Minimum Education and Experience

*Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
*Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
*Valid driver's license.
