Help Desk/Tech Support IICompensation:
$19.00 to $26.00 per hour
Highly motivated and customer-oriented; this position serves our customer base by providing technical support to our customers on a first level response platform. It is also the primary support for the service delivery team to ensure that policy and procedures are being followed. The Technical Support Specialist is the first responder for team members to get additional support when necessary. The TSS will interact with customers, vendors, Professional Services, Engineering and the Sales Team members on a daily basis. This position will work diligently to ensure the customer experience is positive and the services are functioning properly.
Computer literate ? Proven track record of creating and maintaining partner relationships in telecommunications and related industries ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral written) ? Judgment, logic, resourcefulness and creativity ? Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills ? Ability to manage a diverse workload and assign priorities to tasks ? Ability to learn semi-technical product knowledge communicate ? 3-5 years of experience in the Telecommunications voice data services and/or related industry ? Bachelors degree in Business preferred ? Certification requirements ? SIP, Network Plus and CISCOTechnology doesn't change the world. People do.
