Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose: Information Security - Metrics Program Leader will lead the Infosec Metrics function to implement Information Security Metrics Program. Our Metrics Program would enables operational teams, leadership and the board better visibility on Information Security measurements and risks thus driving better decision making and early warning. This role will lead and oversee the metrics team. The core responsibilities of the role include management and mentoring of the individual IS metrics team members, maturing of the supporting metrics across IS  and establishing collaboration and efficiencies across the Technology Risk Management (TRM) function, Information Security (IS) and Information Technology (IT) teams.
