Description:
Develop reference architectures and best practice for Service Now solutions

  • Provide consulting, design and deployment services for enterprise ITSM tool implementation and integration with different Infra, cloud and App management solutions
  • Design and Deploy different Service Now solutions involving all modules of ServiceNow including ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HR
  • Extensive experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS etc
  • Implementation of Orchestration use cases in production environment using ServiceNow Orchestration modules
  • Migrate ITSM services from existing ITSM Platform to ServiceNow and ensure best benefits of ServiceNow are drawn for the customer adopting it
  • Provide design guidance / POC for technology integration and adoption with ServiceNow
  • Drive cross-functional / technology collaboration to give customers a seamless experience

Participate in RFP proposal, proposal defence to clients

Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Industry, which highlights experience in Business Service Management solutions and ITIL Process.
    Experience in working for Infrastructure Management Services for designing solutions as Solution Architect
    Majorly worked in heterogeneous environments including IT and Non-IT for Solution
  • Understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experience
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.
  • Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.
  • SQL data collection and automation
  • Participate in ServiceNow RFPs, solution estimates and proposal defence
  • Lead initiatives for new ServiceNow offerings and solutions
  • Presentation of white papers in forums
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
  • Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills


Certification a plus: ServiceNow Administration certification, ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (Various Tracks)
