The College of Earth and Mineral Sciences seeks to hire a part-time wage position in the College`s Information Technology department. The successful candidate will serve as the front-line support for initial troubleshooting issues reported by email, phone or walk-ins and assist users with various computer hardware and software issues. The candidate will have customer service and IT experience. The individual must demonstrate good people skills, the ability to learn quickly, and should be able to assess issues and provide solutions to situations that require immediate resolution. Experience with software used by faculty and students in the College is a plus. This position would serve up to 20 hours per week and would be during normal business hours (8:00-5:30).
