Title ETL MDM Consultant(Health Care Domain) Location Whippany , NJ Duration Long Term Responsibilities As a Lead Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, You will be the driving the interactions with clients for understanding business needs, guiding and defining solutions along with the definition of scope and requirements with respect to Pharmaceutical Commercial Data warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management(MDM). You would be having hands on experience working in Pharma Commercial Data warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM). This role will demand expert knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing domain good knowledge of Commercial Data warehouse (CDW), hands on Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, and system integration across CRM, Data warehouse and reporting solutions. The role demands ability to bring next generation solution perspectives to the clients and also the ability to network and connect with key business stakeholders to enhance Infosys value proposition and business. Skills Experience Required Master of Business Administration in areas related to Pharmaceutical Marketing Master of Pharmacy MastersPhD degree in Biotechnology Medicine Life sciences Pharmaceutical Sciences from recognized universities or equivalent foreign degrees. 10 + yearsrsquo experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Data warehouse (CDW), Master Data Management (MDM). Excellent knowledge of Commercial Data warehouse (CDW) and thorough hands on experience in data modeling, system integration across Sales and Marketing applications. Good command on ETL tools such as Informatica and Commercial Data warehouse implementation experience. Thorough understanding and hands on experience with Veeva Align, IQVIA Org Manager and MDM implementation experience. Hands on, working knowledge of analytics needs for various SM areas like territory management, sales performance and incentive compensations, Real world evidence, comparative analysis Experience in client engagement and management from a SME perspective. Ability to establish credentials with top business leaders at Clients place. Strong business consulting skills associated with engagement spanning over 12-18 months. Strong communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills and Stakeholder management Good Knowledge of SDLC processes and must have performed requirement analysis, use case modeling, etc. from a business analysisconsulting standpoint. Experience in SME and Consulting assignments in the Pharma SM area. Support presales activities including RFP support. Preferred Experience in assessment and implementation of changes in Commercial Data warehouse (CDW) due to MDM implementation. Hands on MDM implementation experience and thorough understanding MDM-CDW (Commercial Data warehouse) integration and expos ure to overall Life Sciences Commercial eco system. Thorough understanding of Veeva CRM.
