Deliver end-to-end e-commerce solutions to clients including strategy, customer experience and technology work streams Drive discussions with clients regarding e-commerce solutions and create opportunities for KPMG Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging our approaches/frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings Assist Partners with practice administration including: resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions Qualifications: A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in e-commerce, selling, and delivering engagements for large organizations Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred Experience in B2C, B2B and B2B2C e-commerce implementations preferably in the following industries: consumer and retail, life sciences, technology media and entertainment Deep experience in one of the following e-commerce technology platforms ? Oracle (ATG), SAP (Hybris), with understanding of ERP integration Excellent foundational consulting skills including: strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, impactful client presence, compelling facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate using PowerPoint (ability to storyboard and create a compelling value proposition) Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future Ability to travel at a significant level, as needed KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
