At least 4 years of experience with IT Responsibilities Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Management, Variable Pay (at least 2 modules) and SAP-HCMAttends all required team meetings and client meetingsAvailable to support any issues during non-working timings alsoDesign the solution by gathering information from the client and prepares detailed requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), wire frames, use cases, and business process recommendationsDefines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit user requirementsIdentifies breakdowns in technology and business processesUnderstands and communicates the requirements for each project including processes and specificationsDocuments and analyzes required information and dataDo the required configurations and customization in the system and update the relevant documentation as per customers requirement and processContributes in development of test plans and testing (including creation of test scenarios and test data)Effectively communicates risks and system issues to the Project Manager and development teamAssists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedulesParticipates in architectural analysis and data mapping if requiredLiaison between business and technical team to define requirements Additional Responsibilities Work well in team environment and in a SuccessFactors support environment.Should be Customer focused both with HR and ITProvide reliable estimates and do planning.Conduct workshops for the customer if required.Demonstrate initiativeDefining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. Requirements 5 years of experience as HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 1-2 end to end implementations or support projects in area of SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Management, Variable Pay (at least 2 modules)In depth understanding SuccessFactors Data Model Changes, MDF Objects, Provisioning Configurations, Quarterly updates process, Integration between modules.Hands on experience in Maintaining Configuration Workbooks, configuring XML data models, Workflow Definitions, RBP definitions.In depth understanding of SF data model and reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with HR business and IT community Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
