Position Summary Chief Information Officer is responsible for managing and growing the Information Technology Services (ITS) line of business (LOB) in a manner that creates substantial employment opportunities for persons with significant disabilities in both commercial and government sectors. Ensure staff activities involved with contract performance and site operations support customer requirements. Function as liaison to customers, commercial business teaming partners, government agencies, contract administrators, subcontractors, and internal corporate departments and legal counsel. Maintain a Top Secret clearance in order to oversee appropriate government contracts. Qualifications Degree Required: Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,Business or other related discipline. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have at least ten (10) years of management, supervision, operations and/or contractual compliance experience for enterprise-wide information technology system management with at least five (5) years at a senior leadership level. Must have previous experience managing teams of over 200 resources. Must have experience managing a budget of at least 100M. Must possess strong financial acumen; has experience in financial management, modeling, budget development and management. Familiarity with healthcare or healthcare related organizations. Must have experience in the performance of contracts requiring allocation of personnel, management, equipment and materials. Support in planning, designing, sustaining, developing and implementing enterprise-wide information systems. Must be a U S citizen per government contract. Must possess strong background in contract operations and ability to manage multiple contracts. Must possess advanced customer relations, leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of AbilityOne (or JWOD) set-aside regulations and U.S. Department of Labor regulations desired. Familiarity with facilities management, leases and other construction practices. Must have a valid driver s license, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy. Must be able to pass a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Top Secret access to classified information. Frequent travel required.
