Our healthcare client is in need of several Desktop Security Consultants. The ideal candidate will assist with processing backlog of requests and assist with other tasks as defined below. Resources should have strong technical knowledge and at a minimum should have experience with Active Directory, desktop support, and ticketing system experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Resources should have the appropriate technical skill level to be able to comprehend and work with the following technologies: ? Creation of IDs for non-employees ? Access management across platforms that we support ? Definition of groups within Active Directory ? Definition of file permissions within Active Directory/LDAP ? Mainframe resource and rule maintenance ? Secondary auth ID creation ? Management of Security Request Management queue - assignments and workflow to designed data custodians; including Incident and Request ITSM. ? Access management on Enterprise Roles ? Batch Processing/JCL ? Knowledge of Incident management best practices (preferred) ? Exposure to DB2 and Oracle databases and queries (preferred) ? Help desk level experience of Active directory administration support ?
