This includes: Creating playlists within the GDIT Learning Management System, that contain training, curated from both internal and external reference sources. Finding gaps in required training topics and researching, identifying, and recommending training to cover those gaps. Tracking and reporting training metrics for all personnel on contract. This includes content delivery but also Certification tracking to support the program requirements. Developing and coordinating the development of new training that can be internally hosted on GDIT LMS. Assisting the program with training related activities, supporting budget planning for training, etc. Identifying and sharing training related materials with customers, where possible. Reviewing and recommending improvements to existing On-the-Job training procedures that work to improve the performance of the overall program....
