Tech-Support: Answer customer calls and emails for technical support of ThermoWorks line of electronic thermometers. Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, warranty service and make minor electronic repairs. Will train but any technical background is a plus. Good people skills are important. Requires excellent written and verbal communication, empathy and diplomacy. Will consider PT, 30 hours or FT, 40 hours for the right long-term candidate. Shift starts at 7:00am or 8:00am.
