Application Support Specialist Our Company is growing and we are adding to our Client Services team. The ideal person for this role has both a strong technical foundation and experience working with remote clients. In this position, you will quickly learn the technical aspects of the role, and be a key resource for clients using our web application to input and configure data. Requirements 2-3 years of technical support of computer systems and applications Understand of data flow, and configuring data for web applications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge a plus Prior experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, etc.) ideal Other Strong work ethic is important you must be able to focus, and work without constant supervision An outgoing personality and ability to get along with others will be key to your success and growth in our Company A desire to contribute to the team beyond your immediate responsibilities, and in general \"pitch-in\" during busier months and cycles
