Cyber Security Regulatory Analyst , AVP Whippany, NJ Barclays International Chief Information Security Office operates critical controls and works in partnership with the business to ensure our customers can trust Barclays to protect their sensitive information, and that the security of our critical infrastructure, staff, and assets is maintained. As part of the Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) team you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cyber aligned regulatory requirements from our global and regional regulators. The team has oversight of regulatory activity, and works with functions across the bank, such as legal, compliance, control owners and regulatory relation to track and manage delivery of regulatory obligations, including exam responses, evidence tracking gathering, requirements analysis, and development of submission materials. What will you be doing? Analyzing regulatory requirements to determine current state of compliance and impact on business processes. Developing methodologies and frameworks to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance. Analyzing, testing and gathering evidence and artifacts to prove compliance with regulatory requirements. Working with cross-functional teams to improve control environment where gaps are found. Assessing impact of anticipated global cyber regulatory changes. Tracking global, regional and local regulatory engagement activity. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of services 3 years' experience in Cyber Security andor Regulatory Relations Skills that will help you in the role CISSP or CISA or equivalent certification. Experience in the financial services industry. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
