BAE Systems is seeking a Technical Support professional to support our engineering applications and related IT infrastructure, concentrating on installing and supporting software license management tools. Some of the engineering applications include: Atlassian, Mathworks, IBM Rational, Mentor Graphics, Cadence and Wind River. Support for other related engineering applications are also in the scope of your role. The location of the role is Hudson, NH.
The Engineering Tools tasks include:
Provide license management support for COTS engineering applications. Support includes installation, configuration, and troubleshooting the application's licensing with respect to utilization and monitoring requirements. Work with other IT support staff to perform required tasks and troubleshoot issues. Follow change and release process to implement new tools and version updates of existing tools. Troubleshoot, debug, and implement new features for license utilization management software. Create and maintain custom scripts to automate parts of the work-flow. Contribute to achieving service level objectives for Engineering Tools.
