Documentation, Testing and Training Specialist
Coordinate the activities associated with documenting, testing, and training end users in our customized Salesforce technology platform designed for Weichert Workforce Mobility requirements, with a primary emphasis on documentation and testing.
Serve as primary resource to document processes and procedures, assist in testing software application and assist in the overall training strategy and implementation.
Lead effort to develop and document output of work stream products, including workflows, policies, procedures, and standards, and provide usable documentation such as manuals, job aids, user guides, and/or on-line methods. Strong competence and experience with Salesforce technology required, plus familiarity with Agile methodology a plus.
Must have technical and non-technical writing skills to produces needed documentation and also support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of document control, testing and training processes, and with other staff members as needed, review, assess and update any and all information to ensure compliance to standards.
Specifically, maintain and control incoming and outgoing changes to assure requests are met, processed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Talent Development Team and Work Stream Leaders and Members to develop user guides, job aids, Walk Me functionality, and any training curricula.
Test and troubleshot Salesforce system applications; determine and document any 'defects' as guided by the business.
Create, support and provide test plans and schedules with team guidance and direction.
Write, review, update and execute plans for testing new or established SF applications during and after sprint activity.
Document test practices to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Identify, analyze and document problems with program functionality, such as outputs, screens or intention of program. Analyze, interpret or disseminate system performance data to developers, functional leaders or others, as required and propose recommendations for improving application as needed.
Participate in strategy and implementation of SF training plan working closely with SF Team Members and Talent Development Team to ensure most effective and efficient transfer of knowledge, skill and confidence to all end users and colleagues.
Train end users as part of overall strategy, roll out and implementation plan.
