The Sr IT coordinator is responsible for supporting the various teams and will be the link between external IT support and end-users, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization's computer systems. The Sr IT coordinator position is a 3 month contract role (40 hours) with the chance to extend. This position is located in our Mountain View campus with possibility of travel to our SF office a few times a month. Essential Responsibilities 9679 Main point of contact on any IT issues on internal systems and providing technical support or training for systems and networks 9679 Admin of G-suite including onoffboarding users, managing email distribution lists and auditing on a regular basis. 9679 User management of SaaS applications such as HelloSign, Zoom, Adobe, Slack, Salesforce etc. 9679 Manage guest Wifis 9679 Manage employee assets including performing quarterly audit, ordering new IT equipment and maintaining inventories 9679 Be a liaison with IT team 9679 Instituting protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects 9679 Identify, research, and resolve technical problems 9679 Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs 9679 Execute different maintenance activities when needed Requirements 9679 Previous experience with Gsuite and Outlook 9679 Results-oriented and pro-active with an ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered 9679 Proven ability to coordinate efforts of a team to achieve results 9679 Previous experience in help desk support will be an advantage 9679 Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing IT issues 9679 Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
