Job Description:

Our client, a global investment bank located in NYC, is looking to hire a Market Data Support candidate for their Capital Markets group.


  • Manage Data Vendor Relationships (Thomson Reuters Refinitiv, Bloomberg)
  • Market Data Support - Daily Market Data user requests and support tickets
  • Manage Market Data Projects - New Initiatives, New Projects etc.
  • Project Manage multiple strategic projects concurrently
  • Create Executive Level dashboards and metrics for reporting
  • Document Project scope and obtaining sponsor approvals
  • Conduct work sessions with users to document requirements
  • Work with the Systems Infrastructure team to design and build solutions
  • Document QA test plans and execute test cases
  • Work with users to document UAT test plans
  • Document Production Implementation plan
  • Assist with production implementation & coordinate user validation
  • Archive all project documentation into company-wide repository.


  • 7+ years of experience in a Financial organization as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, with direct experience with Traders, Front, Middle, and Back Office systems functions (focus on Market Data)
  • Experience with Thomson Reuters Refinitiv, Bloomberg)
  • Knowledgeable with Systems Infrastructure (Windows, Linux, IT Risk, Database, Network, Telecom, BCP, SAN) technologies
  • Demonstrated experience managing, end-to-end, design, definition and delivery of technical solutions in-line with strategic goals
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Strong communication/presentation skills (written and oral) in cross-cultural business environment
  • Capacity to integrate business requirements within a changing Regulatory environment
  • Excellent Presentation skills with highly analytical and proven problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in converting user requirements into usable technical specifications
  • Leading and facilitating working group discussions with Technology and the Business
  • Willing to work additional hours to meet extraordinary deadlines according to standard industry practice when required (after-market hours and weekends as necessary)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related program
