We design and sell unique lighting, furniture and home decor products to big-box retailers through our e-tailer websites. We are a B2B retailer and do not sell our products on our website. This is a full time salaried job with benefits health insurance, 401-K, twice a week lunch paid by company - and a ton of growth potential.
What is my new Job?The B2B eCommerce Strategic Account Specialist will be responsible for developing and leading the strategies necessary to achieve aggressive eCommerce growth plans with our key B2B online retailers. Candidate will possess strong eCommerce and account management skills, strategic planning capabilities, digital marketing savvy, and be willing and able to operate with a manager mindset. The role will partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute key programs and initiatives. The position will require experience working with B2B accounts such as Wayfair, Amazon, Home Depot and major e-tailer websites. Digital marketing experience, customer interface skills, and strategic planning/execution capabilities are a PLUS.
What am I responsible for?Uploading content, imagery and maintaining product information on several ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Bed Bath, Kohls, etc.Perfecting and optimizing product listings on all customer websites across the board.Insure that all products are on each e-tailer website with positive inventory feeds.Managing all aspects of the integrations between the customer channels and our systems.Grow existing business and market share opportunities to increase sales targets.Formulate and execute marketing, and promotional strategies/plans for key customer accounts. focusing on digital marketing, pricing/programming, online discoverability, content optimization, and online ratings and reviews.Manage customer review portal to effectively control the quality of company products and brand reputation utilizing Bazaar Voice.Work with the Sales team analyzing business growth opportunities with large e-tailer accounts, potential avenues for growth, and evaluate competitor and market dynamics/trends.Work with Marketing department to develop and implement effective strategic business plans encompassing brand messaging.Develop influential relationships with decision makers at e-tailers and related channel partners.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of online merchandising assets on key e-tailer sites including product descriptions, images, videos, dimensions, and technical documents.Maintain and communicate monthly performance and key metric scorecards to management.Assist with the enforcement of our eCommerce iMAP Policy.
