Our global asset management client located in NYC is seeking a Technical Salesforce Business Analyst position for their growing team. This person will be responsible for engaging with the Business on Salesforce related initiatives including strategic direction, application enhancements and incremental improvements to increase business value of the tool. The position will be responsible for the identification, analysis, and recommendation of process and procedures in an effort to increase efficiencies and end user adoption. Qualifications Requirements University degreecollege diploma or equivalent specializing in Business or Technology. Experience working in an alternative asset management business, investment management firm or financial institution. 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce. Experience supporting andor training clients. SFDC Certification is considered an asset. Ability to translate Business Technical conversations. Working knowledge of SFDC Campaigns, Opportunities, Leads, Chatter, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules and Duplicate Management. Working knowledge of SFDC setup concepts including creating new fields, objects, users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, pick list values, etc. Experience with Pardot, Data Integrations, Seismic and Einstein AnalyticsAI is an asset.
