The Head of User Acquisition will own the companys acquisition growth strategies and campaigns, spanning numerous distribution avenues.. In this vital role, you will collaborate with finance, product and data teams on development of plans and execution to meet business goals. The ideal candidate has previously led a successful digital marketing team, and has a demonstrable record of devising and instituting best in class methods to meet company objectives.. Primary Responsibilities:. Supervise a user acquisition team of 6, overseeing campaign development, delivery and management across numerous digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google search, Apple search, Instagram, Facebook); ensure strategies and operational decisions align with the priorities of key stakeholders. Institute KPI targets; manage user acquisition team toward successful execution against established goals; analyze, report on, and continuously improve your teams performance. Study and improve the current performance analysis strategy to optimize spend allocation and increase growth; devise test strategies, deliver, optimize and scale. Analyze the mobile app marketing environment, develop a strategic roadmap to drive increases in growth and efficiency; target new channels for distribution and grow strategic publisher relationships. Team with creative, analytics, product and marketing groups on development of campaigns and campaign testing. Required Experience, Skills and Traits:. Bachelor's degree. 5+ years experience in a digital marketing leadership role, overseeing collaboration across functional teams; strong experience with, and passion for mobile in-app marketing and the full consumer journey. Experience with mobile ad platforms (e.g., Twitter, Apple search, Google search, Facebook, Twitter) and in-app advertising tools and platforms. Proven track record of growing / scaling customer acquisition while reducing acquisition costs; strong background in analytics and data-driven decision making. Budget management and optimization experience within a growing business, including reporting and forecasting. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial growth environment, with demonstrated passion, flexibility and creativity around acquisition; strong multi-tasking skills. Experience with digital analytics, reporting and advertising tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, Adjust) experience working with KPIs such as CVR, CPM, CPC, CPI, LTV and CPA. Superior skills in strategy, planning, analysis of results and continuous improvement.
