This well-established central North Dallas company is seeking to hire a senior-level technical IT Security professional to manage operations for the Information Security team. This is a direct-hire, primarily onsite position with hands-on and supervisory duties.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional IT experience including at least 2 years as a lead or manager of enterprise-level IT security and related areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with IT security operations as well as pen testing and incident response. As manager, the candidate should also have a vision of how to implement new controls while managing current needs, determining risk and vulnerability, data loss prevention, etc. This should include experience leading at least 5 technical professionals involving large-scale projects as well as a background with Sarbanes Oxley, Access Control, etc.
