Responsible for the ongoing installation, maintenance and support of Server and Network Hardware/Software for system availability, stability, security and growth. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting server, network, storage, applications and escalated end-user issues. Analyze existing systems; proactively develop, communicate and implement action plans for updating and improving these systems. Provide assistance to end-users as needed. Some after-hours system maintenance as necessary. Rotational on-call support. Some travel between local offices required. Requirements *Associate Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science with three years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree with one year of experience. *Experience with Windows Servers required.
