Insight Global is looking for an Security Engineer to join the IT Department at a growing life sciences consulting company. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of the Cybersecurity Department. Their day to day responsibilities will consist of handling all the security tools, conducting vulnerability patching, vulnerability remediation and vulnerability management. They will be heavily involved in EDR solutions and monitoring that network. They utilize Sentinel One for the EDR solution and will work closely with the vendor. They will also spend time running internal security trainings and working on the companies phishing campaign. The technologies in the environment include cisco switches, windows servers, PowerShell & Python scripting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a security engineer and is looking to help grow the cybersecurity division at a rapidly growing company. This role is permanent and is remote.
