Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Help design and implement general IT security measures including cybersecurity preventative and incident response duties. 2) Administer Microsoft 365 E5 Security level tasks and operation. Additionally, continual monitoring and remediation as new threats arrive. 3) Monitor security applications for alerts. Respond and take appropriate actions to notify and remediate threats and infections, including recommending FW or IDS/IPS configuration updates. 4) Lead IT projects and provide project updates to department managers. 5) Patch and update support for both Systems and Applications. 6) Help review and update IT Security documentation, policies and procedures. 7) Stay engaged with industry standards and make recommendations for security improvements. 8) Focus on reporting functions when it comes to vulnerabilities, patch management and overall security practices.
